Terms of Use

Terms of Use ("Terms")
Last Update: July 15, 2016

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the http://www.azure.edu website (the "Service") operated by Azure College, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our" "the college").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Termination

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms of Use, the College reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Sites, the Site Materials, the Services or any portion thereof, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of any of the Sites, the Site Materials or the Services.

Links to Other Web Sites

We may provide information about or links to third party products or services on the Sites or may run third party advertisements or promotions on the Sites. Your business dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, such third parties, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and such third party. Azure College is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or promotions or as the result of the presence of such non-college advertisers or third party information on the Sites.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Miami Dade County and the state of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Modifications to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use or any Additional Terms of the Sites, at any time and in its sole discretion. If the college changes or modifies these Terms of Use, the college will post the changes to these Terms of Use on the Sites and will indicate at the top of this page the date these Terms of Use were last revised. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions to the Sites, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of any of the Sites or the Services following the posting of changes or modifications will constitute and confirm your agreement to and acceptance of such changes or modifications. It is your responsibility to regularly check this Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Sites and the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be modified by such court to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision enforceable and, if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
